Chest — straight across, just below the armholes, from one side to the other.
3. 3
Top length — from where the shoulder seam meets the collar, straight down to the hem.
4. 4
Sleeve — from where the shoulder seam meets the armhole, down to the cuff.
5. 5
Waist — straight across the top of the waistband, edge to edge.
6. 6
Hip — straight across the widest point of the hips, edge to edge.
7. 7
Thigh — straight across from the crotch seam to the outside of the leg.
8. 8
Pants length — from the waistband down to the leg opening.
9. 9
Inseam — from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Measure flat on a table, not while wearing the item, and don't stretch the fabric. Numbers in the chart are single measurements across, not the full circumference.
